Daily Scheduled Cruises

  1. Unless previously arranged - the selection of Daily Scheduled Cruises do not provide individual exclusive use of the yacht(s).
  2. Unless previously arranged - Upon confirmation of booking your cruise we require your credit card details or a deposit to secure the arrangements.
  3. Payment being settled when Checking In prior to departure by either Cash - Eftpos - Credit Card (unfortunately we do not accept Diners) - Cheque (7 days prior).

Charter Cruises

  1. Unless previously arranged - Upon confirmation of booking your cruise we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the cruise to date.
  2. Final payment being made no later than 7 days prior to departure.
  3. Credit card details are also required to secure the booking along with any Tab arrangements.
  4. Postponements may attract a meal or administration charge.
  5. Preferred methods of payment are Cash - Eftpos - Credit Card (unfortunately we do not accept Diners) - Cheque (10 days prior only).

Please Note:

  1. Unless previously arranged, payment must be made prior to departure.
  2. Cruises not settled within the required time may jeopardize the security of the booking.
  3. A 100% cancellation fee applies to cancellations and 'no shows' within 24 hours of departure.
  4. We must add an administration charge of up to 13% if we process your credit card offline (cardholder not present transactions).
  5. We sail in 99.99% of weather and will only cancel if our Head Skipper deems it too unsafe to travel.
  6. Credit Card details are kept safe and secure at all times.
  7. Guest safety and comfort is our priority!
