Terms
Daily Scheduled Cruises
- Unless previously arranged - the selection of Daily Scheduled Cruises do not provide individual exclusive use of the yacht(s).
- Unless previously arranged - Upon confirmation of booking your cruise we require your credit card details or a deposit to secure the arrangements.
- Payment being settled when Checking In prior to departure by either Cash - Eftpos - Credit Card (unfortunately we do not accept Diners) - Cheque (7 days prior).
Charter Cruises
- Unless previously arranged - Upon confirmation of booking your cruise we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the cruise to date.
- Final payment being made no later than 7 days prior to departure.
- Credit card details are also required to secure the booking along with any Tab arrangements.
- Postponements may attract a meal or administration charge.
- Preferred methods of payment are Cash - Eftpos - Credit Card (unfortunately we do not accept Diners) - Cheque (10 days prior only).
Please Note:
- Unless previously arranged, payment must be made prior to departure.
- Cruises not settled within the required time may jeopardize the security of the booking.
- A 100% cancellation fee applies to cancellations and 'no shows' within 24 hours of departure.
- We must add an administration charge of up to 13% if we process your credit card offline (cardholder not present transactions).
- We sail in 99.99% of weather and will only cancel if our Head Skipper deems it too unsafe to travel.
- Credit Card details are kept safe and secure at all times.
- Guest safety and comfort is our priority!
